| To post a job you must create an employer account. Creating an account is free but job listings must be purchased in order to list positions on the site. |
| Do I need to post a job to gain access to your resume database? |
| No. You can independently make a payment for access to our resume database. |
| How much does it cost to list jobs and to just have access to your resume database? |
| This is very much dependent on the number of jobs you wish to list or the type of package you sign-up for. For an exact cost please contact our sales team. |
| Is it possible to make a payment by Cheque or Demand Draft? |
| Yes, it is possible to make a payment by cheque or demand draft. But these are subject to receipt and encashment. Please call if you require this option. |
| I want to advertise but I wish my company name to remain confidential in the job posting. Is this possible? |
| Yes. It is possible to remain anonymous by selecting this option in the job listing process. Applications made by candidates will be automatically forwarded onto you. |
| How long is a job listing valid for? |
| Options are given in our IndiaPLM website regarding the number of days you want to list your open position. You can choose the required option |
| Can I edit a job after is has been listed? |
| Yes, you can edit a job at anytime during the listing period. |
| How quickly can I list jobs? |
| You can post a job in minutes. All you need to do is create an account and buy job postings. |
| How are my responses handled? |
| You can choose to receive applications by email. Once the candidate clicks on apply, they simply attach a CV and cover note and their response will be emailed direct to your inbox. |
| Do you offer a job posting service? If yes, how much does it cost? |
| Yes, we would be delighted to list your jobs for you. This service is for free. |
| The advertised position has been filled. Can I remove the listing? |
| You can delete a job from the website at anytime. |
| Can I include my company profile and logo as part of job listings? |
| Just buying our job posting will not enable you to include your company profile and logo. You will have to opt for a different package for the same. |
